2025 Post 30 Christmas Party
Operation CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND
The 2025 Post 30 Christmas Party was everything we hoped for: a full room, plenty of laughter, and the kind of fellowship that reminds you why this Post matters. Operation CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND brought veterans, families, and friends together for great food, great music, and a program that kept the evening moving with warmth and fun.
A Night Built for Fellowship
From the first greeting at the door to the last conversation at the tables, this was the kind of night that feels like home. We shared a meal, swapped stories, and enjoyed each others company. If you have ever wondered what Post 30 is like, this is it: people coming together, enjoying the moment, and having fun.
Food, Music, and a Christmas Story
A big part of the evening was the lineup that kept everyone smiling. Abney and Abney delivered a meal that had folks going back for seconds (and making take home plates). Carole Chidley played some beautiful Christmas music on her flute and William Beaver added a poignant reminder about the Christmas truce story from WWI.
Little Moments Along the Way
You can spot them in the photos, a pause in conversation, someone standing, a reaction caught mid-smile. The door prize drawings were spread throughout the evening, with winners choosing the next name adding to the excitement of the evening. Sheriff Jody Rowland closed the night by drawing the 50/50 raffle winner. Congratulations to Dr. Bruce Mears for winning the 50/50 raffle.
